My boss wants me to build a box for a 13W7, and he wants it amazingly loud tuned at about 30hz. I have lots of room to play with, basically he wants it to fit his escalade but be able to be put into other vehicles. We both realize it's not going to fit in most vehicles. He'll be running the Phoenix Gold Reactor to it, so it's plenty of power. Have any of you built a loud as hell box for this sub before? I have ideas on how I want to build it, but not sure on the dimensions yet, that's why I'm asking for opinions on here. I know it will be ported, I'll be using fiberglass resin on the inside, and two layers of quarter inch MDF for the front baffle. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My suggestion is that you take a look at the data sheet, I think it will answer most of your questions with the dimensions volume etc. http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/pdfs/W7_DS.pdf
