I have a quick question... Is key sensor wire the same as ignition 2... reading all over the web and can't figure out what ignition 2 wire is on my vehicle... 2007 F150 ...

2004 and newer F150 don't have an ignition 2 ...so you won't find one.
The key sense lets the vehicle know a key is inserted into the key cylinder (ignition switch).

so does that mean you just don't connect it? I have everything else connected and it didn't do anything when I hit the remote... not sure what else to do..I figured it was doing nothing since ign 2 wasn't connected...

When I program the remote I get a click from the remote starter unit... No response from the truck... I feel pretty sure it's connected right... I really took my time sand paid attention to detail... I'm wondering about that key sensor wire on the ignition harness...does it need to be connected?

I've not messed with PATS yet, just trying to get the remote starter to work with the key in then I'll start working on that... All I'mm looking for is a response from the starter when I click the remote ... as of now I'm not getting that...
