Greetings!
I'm getting ready to do my second remote start installation, and I'm finding that this is a bit more complex than the first. I want to make this a very clean installation on my brand new car, and don't want extra connections or missed connections. As stated in the subject, I'm installing a Viper 4806v with FlashLogic FLCAN (pre-programmed by the seller) on my 2013 Civic Si coupe (manual). I've made a few attempts to map everything out, but I keep getting frustrated because a few things are unclear:
What functions will be handled entirely over FLCAN?
What are the 200mA power wires?
What connections do I need to make to the car even though they're shown as D2D for conversation between starter and bypass?
I'd really appreciate if someone could just fill in the blanks for me. I'm leaving everything blank because I'm not confident about what all is necessary, as I stated above. If I had some answers to those questions, I think I could give it a go if nobody is willing. Thanks for reading.

Hopefully the seller flashed the FLCAN with the FLC-AL(DL)-HA3 version of firmware.  Here is a link to the current install guide :

http://cdncontent2.idatalink.com/corporate/Content/Manuals/DL-HA3/FLC-AL(DL)-HA3-EN_20130909.pdf
For your car, you will follow the Type 2 diagram.  All of the dashed Orange wires are handled by the D2D harness connection.
Also refference the chart on Page 2.  It lists the functions that are supported with each vehicle.  Specifically, your car has no
sliding doors or power lift gate and those features, while shown in the Type 2 diagram are not suported for your car.

The Viper 4806 is a remote start with keyless entry only.  It has no alarm functions, however the FLCAN supplies those signals

and they will be needed for your install because the vehicle has a manual transmission.  The manual transmission makes things
more complicated.  Here are the basics :
1.  You must run the Viper in Tach Mode.
2.  You must connect the Door, Trunk and Hood status signals.
3.  You must shutdown the car and enter Reservation Mode to enable a remote startup.
4.  You must connect the EBrake to the Viper ( as the Neutral Safety input ).
5.  You must properly bypass the clutch pedal interlock during a remote start.

In two-way D2D mode a lot of these signals are taken care of.   The Door Status, Trunk Status and Hood Status ( if your car has

a factory installed Hood Pin ) are all gathered by the FLCAN and passed on to the Viper via the D2D harness.  Same goes for
the Brake Pedal, EBrake and Tach.  Additionally, the Vipers Lock, Unlock, Disarm and Status Output ( GWR ) signals are handled
by the D2D harness.

Here is the wiring necessary :

H/1     Red     (+)12VDC CONSTANT INPUT     white (50A)  +    ignition switch

H/2     Black     (-) CHASSIS GROUND   Chassis ground
H/3     Brown     (-) 200mA HORN HONK OUTPUT       orange or pink  -  horn switch
H/4     WHITE/ Brown     LIGHT FLASH ISOLATION WIRE          not used
H/5     White     LIGHT FLASH     *** Set to (-)  ***          gray (-)  headlight switch
H/6     Orange     500 mA GROUND WHEN ARMED     not used
1     Blue     500mA (-) UNLOCK OUTPUT        not used   handled by D2D
2     Empty     NOT USED
3     Green     500mA (-) LOCK OUTPUT           not used   handled by D2D
1     Pink/White     (-) 200mA Ignition 2/Flex OUTPUT               not used

Thank you so much, that helps a ton! Just a couple remaining questions:
1) Do I need to add a relay for any of those connections or am I set?
2) In the schematic for the FLCAN, it looks like I need to make some connections (black wires). Is all of that necessary and accurate?
Ground (-) input - Purple / YELLOW (connect to ground to enable automatic relock after start)
Ebreak, tach, and trunk status direct connect to the viper. So not d2d compatible?
Door lock and unlock hardwired to car
CanH,CanL,Keydata,ignition to ignition cylinder
blue/red ground input
And a random external connection from WHITE/ black to blue / YELLOW
3) Any recommendations on how I could use the 4 auxillary wires? It would be nice if I could fire up things like full heat, full AC, rear defrost...

1)  No relays needed for the basic install.

2) The FLCAN ( iDatalink ) info is very accurate.

You may not need a re-lock after a remote start because there is a separate Disarm wire.
Ebrake, tach, and trunk status direct connect to the viper. So not d2d compatible?    Correct
Door lock and unlock hardwired to car    Yes, necessary for operation during a R/S.
The FLCAN connects to the ignition transponder connector.  The Viper H3 connects to the main ignition harness.

3)  The heat and AC will come on during a remote start at the settings they were left in.  You can use the Vipers
2nd Status/Rear Defog for the rear defroster.  Here is the info from Audiovox :
Rear Defrost  LIGHT GREEN  (-)  AT MICU MODULE AT REAR OF INTERIOR FUSE BOX UNDER DRIVERS SIDE OF DASH
Have to test to see if it's a Pulse or Latched, then program the Viper accordingly.

Soldering is fun!

Can you not wire this D2D and some hardwire connections as listed above directly to the Viper?
That should make life easier.
Test before boxing up.

Question for you guys!!
I have Viper 5706V on my Civic 2010 and when I remote start de car I can't unlock the door with the Viper or OEM remote control. I have to shut off the car and ...
Do you have this problem. I connected the auto lock cable on the bypass module after the car remote start. Maybe I can just remove this cable to be able to enter in my car when I'm remote start it (probably the alarm will keep my car in security )!!
I just wonder to know if I'm the only with this problem (installation problem or it's normal)
Thanks

Try connecting a status output to a key sense wire?

Yeah maybe or I will hardwire the unlock lock directly from the viper module to the same cable of the bypass module.
I think the viper module will unlock the door even if the car is in remote start mode.
The Bypass in D2D maybe can't do it. I'm surprise about that!
When I had Tachometer to OFF position, I was able to start the car and lock unlock the car but When I put it to ON I'm not able.
I will try couple of thing. Now I'm unlocking the car before to remote start it. I don't find that really secure but it's better than to have to shutoff the car.
