Now that python 5706p and idatalink are installed and working correctly, with the much appreciated help of many of you here. Im on to a few fun projects; trunk, windows and sun roof.
To pop the trunk at all times is it simply a matter of wiring up a relay on my aux 1 wire to the Orange(+)trunk release motor wire at the drivers dash fuse box? Green 16 pin plug, pin 16?

For the windows, verify that you can turn, release, then turn and hold the key in the driver's exterior door lock to control the windows up and down.
If that works (it should), you can run wires to the arm/disarm wires inside the driver's door at the backside of the power window switch, and you should be able to connect some aux channels from your Viper there to control the windows. (Note: Honda only allows this feature to work with the car off, so it won't work when your remote starter is on.)
You could program the aux down output for 10 second timed, so the windows will roll all the way down when you push the Viper button. However, it would be a good idea to program your up wire as "validity," so that if, as you're closing the windows by remote, you can stop them anytime you need to, as when someone sticks their arm in there or something like that.
