Yesa but have turned on the engine with your key,then within 5 seconds press and hold the control centre button? If you've wired for tach and the DB-ALL is correct you'll get a constant blue after about 2 seconds. If not hardwire tach.
Sounds to me like you should triple check your DB-ALL wiring, also set-up page of DB-ALL, did it successfully pair with the car?

Yes but that doesn't mean anything, I mean when you originally connected it.

i have checked the wiring at the moment..
yes i tried in virtual tach mode..
now the igintion stays on ( i put the python at the programming menu in the remote start (menu 3)section at feature 2 in off ( engine checking mode). at the first attempt the igintion shuts off and than comes up again and stays on but no crank at all..
wiring seems to be ok. no broken wires or something else.

H3/1 pink ---> WHITE/ pink igintion wire at ignition harness (Pin3)
Main Harness:
Red +12v --> constant 12v
Black--> ground

white--> parking light
24-pin connector:
gray--> hood switch
BLACK/ white--> neutral safety (-)
violet/white (tach wire)--> tach wire output DBALL2
DBALL2:
Tan/black --> CAN High
Tan--> Can low
both on the ignition harness (twisted) (Pin 6&7)
violet/brown & violet/green --> MUX wire (both on the same wire)(Pin 1)
yellow/black---> purlpe wire (door pin)
thats all i have done so far..
DBALL2 is programmed to the car. Firmware 402.Chrysler 5.06.01 flashed in standard install.
did i forget any wires? all other connections on the diagram are listed as " not required in D2D mode"

A silly thought. There's a black socket next to H1. They give you a short lead and an on-off switch that plugs in there, have you done that? I just solder across the plug terminals.

yes its plugged in and in the "on" position. when it´s turned "off" the remote shows "remote start error or not available".
I did the remote start startup diagnostic again this morning. The blue led on the controll center shows not only 1 fault. it flashes 9 times (for low battery) then 5 times (+ Brake shoutdown) and 4 times (transmitter shutdown).
i put the Engine Checking mode back to "tachometer" and now the ignition did the same thing as at the beginning (came up for 1 sec and shut down 3times and than the remote shows "remote start error")
