I use a test light to test every ground point, watch how bright the bulb glows.
And JGerard explained why.

I changed the Ground ( Black ) wire to multi locations ( car Body ), and still the same issue,
I even connect it to the Battery (-) directly with extra Wire.

Are you 100% sure you are plugging the GREEN/ blue harness into the correct port on the viper?

i still have same problem guys,
i found this diagram for elantra 2010 doors lock.

Do the all the doors lock and unlock from the outside with the key? If so then yeah you can try that method. You can also try an earlier suggestion from jgerard81 where you use relays or a DEI 451m to control the lock wires and just have the 5706v control the relays/451m.
