I actually called Idatalink on this. If you have a factory alarm on a Toyota in order to disarm it without unlocking the doors you would power up the keysense wire on the car while remote started. The problem is the the installation manual for the idatalink TL5 firmware specifically says do not power up the keysense. They say the only way to disarm the factory alarm now is to have the doors unlock before starting and relock after it starts. Since you have a viper 5706 you can set it to relock simply by turning on the "safelock" feature through the 5706 programmable feature at menu 3 feature 16.

UPDATE I found my error when I installed my 5706 I used the factory arm and disarm for the lock and unlock I do not have a factory alarm so I did not think it would make a difference butttt now I know why it is doing what it is doing so later today I will run the lock and unlock wires.
Thanks for all the help guys
John
