So I found a auto-headlight system you can install for pretty cheap and I bought it. I am trying to figure out how to install it now. I posted a link to the instructions below. Since the Juke headlights are positive I need to connect two wires to the headlights and then the other wire on the relay to 12v. I am thinking of putting the unit under the hood and wiring up directly to the headlights. Any issues with doing this? I also need a 12V line. Any suggestions on where I could find one that can handle the amperage for the parking lights.

Don't mount it under the hood, it's not made for that. Mount it under the dash, you can get 12volts from the big white wire at the fuse box.

Thanks! I am assuming I can't wire it directly to the parking light control switch as it sends a signal to the BCM and the BCM turns on the lights. So would I run the headlight and parking light wire through the firewall and connect it to the wire going to the headlight?
