Currently working on a 2007 honda pilot . When i remote start the vehicle the neither the aftermarket remote or the oem remote will lock or unlock door. I have the rs door lock outputs wired to to keyless entry module on passenger side behind fuse box . any ideas as far as pulsing other wires to make this work would be greatly appreciated

The Factory remotes definitely won't work while the engine is running ( remote started ).  I recently did a 2005 Pilot ( same

GEN as yours ) and ran the R/S's lock and unlock wires over to the PKP.   That worked fine but that was only because the
2005 Pilot's still have the passenger door key cylinder.  Your 2007 Pilot does not have the passenger door key cylinder.
Think you will have to make the lock connections inside the drivers door ( or use an XK02 with the HODL firmware ).

The driver door lock switch lock is BLACK/ white (-) at the power window master switch, lt. blue 20 pin plug, pin 8.

The driver door lock switch unlock is GREEN/ red (-) at the power window master switch, lt. blue 20 pin plug, pin 18.

Soldering is fun!
