Hello,
I was wondering if some people can help me troubleshoot in the right direction. I have my viper alarm for about 6 years now and recently the battery got drain and I had to replace the battery. When I replace the battery my remote start won't work it's tries to start three times and fail. Also the door locks don't work any more it won't lock or unlock the car with the viper remote. It will however lock and unlock with my factory key. If I arm the vehicle the alarm still works.
I check and all the fuses are good in the car. I am not certain if I need it reprogram or just get a new one?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Had to reprogram the module
