Anyone have a good diagram or can explain how the type F door lock works? According to the diagram its says one wire will test with drivers door, the other will test with passenger door. Do i need to use both and diode isolate? Will be using a viper 350Plus.
Thanks in advance

You only need to use one wire to lock and unlock. Here are two diagrams. https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page2.asp#n1 One uses a relay and a diode, the other uses 2 relays.
~wirewise~ Verify all wiring with your meter before making any connections!
