Red oblong to right of relay should be 30 amp fuse.

5706 menu 3: option 6

6. Turbo Mode

1. No Turbo Mode: Turbo Mode is not available.

2. On – 1/3/5/10 minutes: Turbo Mode is available and, when activated, the engine will run for the

duration set per the selected option.

I would say its a joke option, 20 years of powerstrokes and unless your pulling 100k lbs and suddenly stop, then youll need to cool down the turbo. Hwy speeds are 2k rpm, no different then city driving. my .02
