Hello,
I'm going to explain the issue first, then list parts and other stuff
Off the top, the issue I'm having is that the bypass programs and controls the doorlocks, when remote started, it starts for 2 seconds then shuts down.
if I unplug the bypass and hold the key to the ignition, it remote starts and stays running.
Parts:
Toyota Corolla 1.8 (jap build) G 80bit key (not PTS)
R/S - Excalibur 370
Bypass - OL-MDB-ALL / Flashed to OL-AL(MDB)-TL4-EN
In my experience with Toyota vehicles, if the key code is not present at start, it will crank constantly with no start. in my situation, it cranks with start, then shuts down.
Could the car see the key code and not keysense and shut the car down? the install manual for the bypass doesn't say to hook up keysense.
Any info on what it could be would be great.

Define "unplug the bypass module"? Are you removing all connectors or just the power / D2D cable?
Double check your wiring and connections to the IMO and IMI wires. Especially the cut IMI wire,
to be sure you don't have them reversed.
Soldering is fun!
