Which wire is horn input on the CM7200? Also if I remote start the truck and cancel it, the radio stays playing until a door is opened. How do I get that to stop?
Horn Input? The CM7200-s does not support the Horn Input function like the older models did.
If you are looking for Horn Output, you would need to get into Special Option Group 2 and assign Horn to an unused POC.
The trucks Retained Accessory Power function should shutdown itself after 10 or 30 minutes. If you need it quicker, try connecting the CM7200-s Rearm wire to a Door Trigger and set Menu 1 Feature 5 accordingly.

Awesome info on the rearming. For the horn, it is programmed to activate the horn when the lock is hit twice. The programmer never hooked it up to actually activate the horn however.

At its' factory Default settings, the CM7200-s does not supply a Horn Output signal on any of
its' CN-5 wires. Even though the Horn output function has been set to the desired option in
Menu 3 - 08, unless a Special Option Group 2 POC wire function was changed to Horn, there
would still no (-)Horn Ouput wire to connect to the trucks Horn wire. This group and its'
options are another OP-500 only area. If you believe that the installer made this change and
you know the Menu 3-8 setting, you could connect your DMM to the unused POC's ( 1 - 8 )
one at a time and check to see which one responds with correct Horn outputs. Then connect
that POC wire to the trucks horn.

I know 3-8 was set to double lock only, however POC #2 (horn) in the special options was set to activate high idle via a relay when the trunk button is clicked. POC 2 is either horn output or aux 1?

Very interesting. All the info I have on the CM7200-s leads me to believe that the eight POC
outputs have the following default output setting.
Pin 1 Blue/white - [POC 1]   GWA
Pin 3 White - [POC 2] AUX1
Pin 5 Blue/Black - [POC 3] Lock
Pin 7 Blue - [POC 4] Unlock
Pin 9 Orange/White - [POC 5] Factory Alarm Disarm (FAD)
Pin 11 Orange - [POC 6] Factory Alarm Arm (FAA)
Pin 13 Violet/White - [POC 7] Trunk release
Pin 15 Black - [POC 8] Status/Ground while running (GWR)
Additionally, each POC output wire has this note at the end of the default description :
Note: There are 28 additional POC setting options for this POC. These are listed below :
2nd Light - [1]
2nd Start - [2]
2nd IG1 - [3]
2nd Acc - [4]
Status Out - [5]
Rearm Out - [6]
Disarm Out - [7]
Horn Out - [8]
Dome Light - [9]
Aux 1 Out - [10]
Aux 2 Out - [11]
Aux 3 - [12]
Aux 4 Out - [13]
Aux 5 Out - [14]
Aux 6 Out - [15]
Aux 7 Out – [16]
Defrost - [17]
GWA - [18]
Status 2 For Manual Trans. - [19]
Siren 2 - [20]
Defrost 2 - [21]
VAC - [22]
PTS Button - [23]
Aux 3 (EZGO Unlock) - [24]
Lock - [25]
Unlock - [26]
2nd Unlock (Driver’s Priority) - [27]
Trunk Release - [28]
Considering the needs of your truck, my first instinct would be to re-assign POC 7
from Trunk Release to Option 8, making it the Horn (-) output wire.
From your description, the White POC2 output wire is still set at AUX1. AUX1 is triggered
by a short press of the Trunk Release Button. ( If you held the Trunk Release button for
2.5 seconds, the CM7200-s would output a Trunk Release signal on the CN-5 Violet/White
wire. ) To support the High Idle solenoid, Feature 4-01 is set to Option 2 - Latch, Feature
4-04 is set to Option 1, Feature 4-05 is set to Option 2 - OFF.
I guess you could check the unused POC's to see if any would output a (-) 1/3 second signal
the second time the Lock button was pressed. You should do an Unlock between tests to
reset the Horn output. Remember that Rearm will also have an output with every Lock
command and the (-) Parking Light output would flash/output with every Lock command.
Much easier with the OP-500.
Soldering is fun!
