The side that has the loop from green to blue goes to the sensor, and the other side plugs into the brain. The shock sensor is multiplexed, meaning that it sends out a different length pulse depending on the trigger. If the sensor detects a warning trigger, it sends a 0.5 second pulse to the green wire. If the sensor detects an alarm trigger, it sends a 1.0 second pulse to the blue wire. The brain is smart enough to differentiate the differences in the two pulses.
