I wish to add a Toad RK30 to my truck which has factory fitted motors in the sliding doors and tailgate. The system is operated from inside the vehicle by a reverse polarity switch (no relays).From the outside the doors can only be unlocked individually by key(hence the desire for keyless entry)

My question is this:As the Toad RK30 installation instructions are sketchy at best,I have no idea whether i need to fit relays between the module and the motors. The output from the module seems fairly weak.(The motors work but dont sound very convincing)

If i fit the relays,can I damage anything in the module?

I hope someone can guide me...
