Trying to take the factory neg door lock trigger to activate a remote start. Im thinking the neg trigger would activate a relay.. then the next lock signal would pass thru to the starter to activate remote start ... but how?

I think you can use a PAC TR7. It may be better to use the actuator wires as a trigger.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

the RS has to have a activation input (white/blue on vipers) wire that gets hooked to the door lock wire and you can go in to the RS menu and change it from 1 2 or 3 pulses. I use to do it all the time on vipers when customer didn't want a extra remote
33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!

I used to do this too... however the rs in question only has a single pulse to start. Was thinking of a channel expander to do this but thought a few relays would get the job done. May go with the Pac solution.
Thanks for your thoughts!
