Our 2012 Sienna base was totalled in June. Found a 2011 LE to replace the totalled van. I installed the Avital 4103 remote start on the 2012 van with no problems 3 years ago. I pulled the remote start system from the old van. It was a base model with no G key.
I went to install the same remote starter on the new van and realized it has a G key with Immobilizer. So I purchased the FLCAN from Flash Logic and uploaded the correct program and the van is doing the same thing as before. It will attempt to start for 6 seconds and then shut down. If I put the key on the of ignition (not turned, just inserted into the slot, then the van starts. Seems like its just Key Sense. Anyone with information?
It's for me!!!
