Hello, has anyone installed an alarm on an 06 Mazda 3I? I installed one on my old 3, but it didn't have door locks. My new to me 2006 Mazda 3 GX 2.0l has the auto door locks. I tried to hook up an old alarm, but it won't actuate the door locks. Thanks.

Would the black and green work at pjb j05 I think. It's the 2nd skinny junction connector. For the door lock/unlock

since it only a one wire you only use the green/red and you would need a relay and 1000 ohm resistor to do lock/unlock or using a immobilizer bypass module to do convivence features and you'd use the lock mux wire and it does it digitally.
Door Lock MUX     green/red     MUX     driver kick, door harness
Power Lock     green/red     - 1000 ohms     driver kick, door harness
Power Unlock     (same as power lock)     -

Ok. I have a 451 relay from DME.... When I s
Hook it up I don't get any signals from the heavy gauaged wiring.... It clicks with the directed alarm fob, but I don't get anything from those heavy gauaged wires.

*451M. So ground purple/black & purple (crimped together and fused out of the box). use a 1k resistor on the green/black, connect to the green/red correct? Then connect Y/BK (blue/black) with G/R..... And it's alive lol thanks for the help. Now I gotta decide on the horn. 😅
