Hello everyone! This is my first post/question here at the 12 volt. I am installing a viper 4115V in my 1996 GMC K3500 454. The brain module is a DEI 4X05.2. Looking at the wiring information off of this site https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/alarmdetail/972.html I can not find a white wire from the ignition switch in my truck, the only two wires left off the ignition switch are brown which is the ignition 3, and a pink with a white stripe. I was curious to know if the pink with white stripe is the ignition 2, and the table is marked incorrectly, but I doubt it since this is an extremely reliable source. If anyone could help me, it would mean the world.
Thank You in advance,
Owen

Large gauge wires? I'm pretty sure the Pink/White is the Ignition 2 (powers transmission if I recall). Check with test light.
It should have power before the Pink (Ignition 1). Check the brown for being accessory power...powers wipers, radio.

Checked with my handy dandy power probe last night and finished installing the viper system this morning. pink and white is ignition 2 and comes on before ignition 1 as you said. Brown controls the wipers and radio. Thank You for the help it was greatly appreciated. Have a great day,
Owen
