Hello. This question is regarding emergency lighting.
I have a light that steady burns at 12v direct power, and a flasher module that makes them flash.
I am needing one input to bypass the flasher and steady burn the light. Another input would activate the flasher on the same LED.
I have tried diodes but did not like how warm they got.
We have vehicles that have the same setup and use three relays, but not sure of the wiring that was done to make this work without back feeding with different inputs.
Any help is much appreciated!

Post a diagram of what you have with the diodes that are heating up.
