Ok. I took it to a professional install place and they did it all and ran the wires and did it all over again to exactly the way I had it , but not as clean. They ran it right to the battery and all and it still blows the fuse. They said we will re-install it for you but we will not warranty it because they don't sell these units. After doing some tests with the alarm itself I have come to the conclusion that when it is hot out side the fuse will blow evry trip. When it is cool or not to sunny the fuse will not blow for days. Is the main unit getting too hot os is it a sh#%t alarm and try a real one.

You might want to think about just buying a new unit and start from scratch. i hate to see you do that but with all the trouble you are having it might be worth it.
this has been going on for soo long, i forgot what alarn you had....

if you still think that is is a bad wire, try unplugging the harness from the alarm brain.  Using a DMM set to ohms or continuity if you have it and hook one side to the metal chasis on the car and us the other to test each lead at the alarm.  If any of them show anything other than an open circuit then carefully check that wire.  (the ground of course should show continuity or any other wire that is supposed to show ground, such as - triggers etc, but this will work for power lines.

why don't you try to take out the main unit of the alarm and see that if the fuse blow .if dont 't then try to measure how much power the alarm needs for work when the siren chirp ,or when lock doors,or windows etc . the consumption must not exceed 2 -3 Ah

I'v done that, the maximum amp. to any impuls is the trunk and that runs about 10 amps peak and then it dies. Today I went on a four hour return drive and all is good. I drive to the mall on a hot day, 5 min. and it will blow the 30 amp fuseKeep blowing fuse help! - Page 3 -- posted image. This is the problem.

The trunk has its own relay, I tried to dissconect it and it made no difference at all.The fuse is on the main power coming into the unit and direct to the battery.
