Whats the best method for mounting accessories in the floor? what kind of screws to use? should i jack up the car and bolt the screws underneath?

Floor bolting is ok, just be prepared for skips and all that when you hit bumps.
Usually, just drill the holes through the floor, and use METAL screws. I mount CD changers this way, I mounted an AMP and CD changer on my rear seats in the trunk, just drilled through the metal, and screwed them in, no problems.
I had a GEO TRACKER, I just pulled the seat out, mounted the changer, drilled the holes though at the brackets, screwed it down, put the seat back in. . .
