judging from the link you've posted, if everything is hooked up to the module, you locks and remotes should work properly.

double check you wiring.

without the actual diagram, i'm just guessing on what's wrong.

Ok, when I did what Velocity Motors said, I had a 12V until i pushed the button, then it went back to 0. What does this tell me? Except when I push the lock button with the lead on the black wire it only goes down to 10 volts, but lock is the one that is working for me. Do I need the unlock wire to stay that hot?

That was the unlock wire and unlock button that went back to 0. Sorry about that

What diagram would be beneficial chuck? Like what the wires on the module are connected to?

Seeing that your KE unit sends out a (-) pulse for trigger, then it's working properly for the unlock . The LOCK on the other hand has to also go to 0 volts in order for it to work properly. Ther eis the problem. The output on the LOCK wire is not grounding like it's supposed to. Chances are the KE unit's lock output is defective.

Is there any way that I can fix that? Or possibly do something to bypass the faulty ground?

What would I be looking for on the module itself? Can i use relays to get around the bad ground?

If the lock output does not drop down to 0 volts ( only 10 volts ), there really is no way around it. Just take the KE unit back for warranty to the place you got it from ( if possible ).
