What is the best way to make a f/g box

I think i have the general idea on how to make a fiberglass box. i was told you should experiament and practice. but i was hopin to get some more opinions on what to do so i came to you guy and gals for some help please help me if you can. just looking for a step by step process

well i want to make a box that looks like it is connected to the side of my tahoe, but you will be able to tell that it is not because it will be painted to match the color of  the car

should i make a box of mdf first and then make a fiberglass around it or what

also i would like to know where would be the best place to buy fiberglass resin, cuz all i can find is like one gallon ones, and i was hopin to find like a five gallon one, or who could i order it from who has it the cheapest

i foundout where to buy fleece i went to wall mart and found some pretty thick fleece over 15 yards for $3 i thought it was a good deal

first question would be what and how many subs do you want to put in your box?

second, you want to plan out how you want the box to look   (stealth or highlighted)
