Factory Alarm need removed

1999 Toyota tacoma prerunner  we want to undo the factory alarm due to key was lost and hubby replaced battery and I wasone with only key that worked but my key failed to work at forst to turn off lights and horn flashing.. Anyone know how to turn off alarm permently but that we can still start pickup?

All I know is that the tacoma doesnt have an OEM alarm present in the schematics. But if it did it probably was an aftermarket one. And to bypass it is pretty simple, just disconnect the Starter kill (usually under the dash) disconnect the relay and reconnect your cut starter wire (most likely a Black color wire) And just disconnect the alarm brain usually up high in the dash.

you need to use the key in the door. I dont remember if it is pass. door or drivers door.lock and unlock  the door, if it has a factory alarm.now if  it is TDD i think that is what they called its  still factory but plugs in after market like.if it is this it looks like the old audiovox aps-15. then unplug
