so i would cut the big white wire that is connected to the ignition switch. Also cut the starter wire that is BLACK/ white. These wires are next to BLACK / YELLOW, yellow, and WHITE/ yellow wires; they connect to the ignition (key switch) on the left side of the steering wheel.

The white wire and the BLACK/ white wire connect to the under-dash fuse/relay box above where the SRS wires plug into the under-dash fuse/relay box.
so are those wires the right wires to cut?

no do not cut the white wire. you are just getting power from the white wire to work the relays. your starter wire will need to be cut.
Good Luck

You'll probably have to strip back some insulation and solder your power wire to the ignition wire and wrap with some electrical tape.

If there is another safe way of getting +12V from the ignition wire without soldering I'd love to hear it.
