On the Spread Spectrum piece it does have turbo timer.  The one frailty I find with the compustar on their top alarm is that they only (currently) come with 1 remote.  My understanding is that by the end of the year they will have 2 remotes.  BTW Compustar is the 1st company to come out with a 2-way.
