okay...pretend you have one gallon of resin you are about to use...How much resin harder would you use....Okay now pretend you have that same one gallon container...put half a gallon of resin and half a gallon of bondo, do not add any hardener yet, mix the two compounds together really well...now once you are sure that the 1 gallon mixture is fully mixed add the same amount of resin harder as you would for the one gallon of pure resin and mix well...thats the only harder you need....then paint, paste, or apply however you would if it were straigh resin...doe that make it clear...it that what you were asking?

I'm still a little bit confused, so no fiberglass mat with the 50/50 fiberglass resin and body filler? if no mat, how many layers would you apply? Thanks in advance.

i just make my enclosures with 1-450,1-600-coremat 600 coremat 600,600,woven roving cant get bondo in england and boxes are solid and dont wobble up too 2and half cubic foot with 2 700watt drivers.
