Ok I appologize. I'm in way over my head on this one but since I am the only one responding might as well keep going.
I cannot find enough info on "total or global closure" to understand it's meaning. I see that the alarms you have to purchase are Categorized (by the government?). It's a little more free here. The alarm is just and alarm and has no catagories other then what the makers put on it. I see that they say "total closure" and I think that they have output to lock all doors and rool up all windows. However they appear to be low voltage outputs (negative?) and not meant to power the windows themselves.
I couldn't find what it means in the car itself so I'll ask more detailed questions. I do understand now what the alm is doing just not the car.
So I am to understand that there is a feature in the car where you hold down 1 button for a set amount of time (5-10 seconds) and ALL windows roll themselves up? However, this is normally done with the key in the ignition. Correct?

Example of US windows (high dollar cars might not use this system but the average car in US does)
Our windows for the most part do not roll up/down on their own from the factory EXCEPT the drivers front window. They have what we call "express down". If you hold the drivers frt switch down for 2-3 seconds then let go the window will roll all the way down stopping by itself. All other passanger windows do not do this.AND the key has to be in the ignition position. (power on +15) Again this is the average their are exceptions.
If we want all the windows to roll up (or down) without holding each of the buttons we have to install a "window control module" like this Click here
All we are doing is cutting the wire that sends power (positive) to the motor in half (like the pictures) and then the module sends power from its own source down the wire towards the motors with relays it has built inside. Basically, by-passing the switches. The module has to be given constant power (what you call +30).
Where it says "aux from alarm" would be where you would connect your "yellow" total closure wire.
