i have made a trunk lid cover and put a 1/8" logo on it. last time i atempted this i used a 1/2" logo and could not get the vynil to form around it. i think it will be easeir now w/ the thinner logo but does anyone have any tips on vyniling this?

use good contact cement, on both surfaces.  also try a little heat on the vinal, not so much that you melt the stuff, just enough to make it plyable
