Good Evening,

I have a Rage II Model CS-9709DC Car Alarm I am going to be installing and I also have an Autostarter already installed.  I need help with questions concerning which wires to connect the alram and the autostarter.  There is a wire that came with the autostarter that allows you to connect it to the alarm but I have no idea where to connect it to on the alarm control box.  The intructions on the autostarter say to connect the wire to the second or third pin channel (-) output of the alarm.  But the intructions for the alarm have no instructions on which wire to connect this one to.  Any help would be appreciated.  If I have totally confused you I apologize.  Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not totally sure, but I'm thinking you could run the autostart off of an aux output from your alarm. would this work or do I need some sleep? :)

The remote start unit needs a neg. input to start, you need to test all the pins coming off alarm, look for a pin that shows a momentary neg.when the optional button on your remote is depresed(you may have to hold it dwn. for a few seconds). This will be the output to the remote starters neg. input.

Remember (there are no hard cars, some just take longer to install on then others)
