Anyone know a webpage or good place to get a test CD to fine tune a car audio system, and information on how to use a sound level meter, thanks!

You can find test CD's at Crutchfield. You're local audio shop should be able to help with the meter information. If you get to know them, they may even test some of your setups for you (who knows, may even lead to a new job).
