I would remove the kick panels and the door panels have your window up and simply remove the boot from the door and the jamb fish the wires thru the jamb far enough where you can straighten the boot physically and use stiffer wire to fish the speaker wire thru. then wire thru the door making sure you have enough speaker wire to play with better to have too much. once this is done good luck on replacing the boot. sorry cant help you there, but vaseline works wonders
