There are two versions. One is the 4 wire bypass and the other is the 10 wire bypass ( not all used but are there for the various types of bypass required ).

Type 1 : IPPME

  • IPP is an instant self learning system designed to termporarily bypass all GM Passlock I, Passlock II, and VATS anti theft systems when remote starting. Works with any brand remote car starter and is the easiest to install. Simply connect the wires and start the car. No Measuring, No Resistors, No Fuss.

Type II : PLDATA ( ONLY VATS & PASSLOCK 2 Bypass )

  • No wires to cut, 4 wires in total to install:
    (1) Data Bypass wire disarms Passlock 2 when remote starter is activated.
    (2) +12Volts provides constant power to the interface kit.
    (3) Ground wire provides a constant ground to the interface kit.
    (4) Ground when running wire from remote starter activates Interface kit on demand.
