Velocity Motors, thanks for your help. It is going to be a pain to get wires from the box all of the way up to the roof. Is there any clever trick I could use to get it to work Hey mecpcert_1 you can get the jdk at http://www.bypasskit.com/ I have also found win-data there that will control windows up and down through the data line.

 I have finally got a hold of the wiring diagram for my car so I can get to the sunroof plug somewhere on the side of the by the window. At least I do not have to go all of the way to the roof. Moreover it is not controlled by the computer. Computer only controls the power relay. Will 529T shut the sunroof with the system arm? In addition, will I be able to control it through an extra channel. Does anyone have a manual for 529T. Thanks for help.
