Anybody know where I can find a wiring diagram for wiring two 4 ohm DVC subs to 1 ohm?

Simple, take all positive leads and hook them together to the positive lead on the amp, repeat for the negatives. What you are doing is basically creating a ladder. Take a look at the parallel and series area in the car audio section of this site, if I remember right it is detailed there (it just shows an extra number of speakers).

The diagram shows SVC subs. I am assuming I must connect the positive terminals on both voice coils of each sub as well as the negative terminals on both voice coils of each sub and then do the same thing for the otehr sub and connect the subs with one positive wire and one negative wire to one voice coil, then out to the amp.  Basically, hook all the positives together and hook all the negatives together, then out to the amp?

Wiring your subs like this will not be harmful so long as the amp can handle a 1 ohm load.  Many amps cannot, and it is important that you check that before you wire your subs like this.  Also, if you wire your subs like this, but they are not dual 4 ohm subs, you will not be wiring them at 1 ohm.  If they are single voice coil subs, they will be wired at 2ohms.  If they are dual 2 ohm voice coil subs, they will be wired at .5 ohm.  Also, the diagram is a little basic, so it doesn't do a good job of illustrating exactly how to hook up the wires.  The diagram makes it look like you need to "tap into" the wires where the wires split.  This is not how it looks in a real application.  Imagine each wire as being separate and look at the diagram that way.  That should give you a better perspective on what to do.

On a final note, always remember that the load the amp sees, is the load that subs are wired to.  This is important so, for example, you don't bridge an amp at 2 ohms (which most are not stable).  If your subs are wired at 2 ohms, you're amp will see a 2 ohm load.
