you can turn on the fuel pump and the same place you cut if off.. use your 3rd ign output of the remote starter (usually a ground out) and run your fuel pump off it.. will just be on when remotely started.. relay will look like this:

85 - neg out 3rd ign

86 - 12v+

87 - 12v+

30 - out to pump.

remember when you cut the fuel pump wire, you are going to have a pump side and power side, may sure 30 goes to the pump side. Hope this helps.
