1998 mazda 626 transponder bypass

Any suggestions for a transponder bypass for this vehicle other then a 555U does not want to work, or does anybody have document 1061 from directfax????

You can bypass the transponder but you need to get another key thats programed to the car and get an antenna ring (like whats in the key cylinder) from a mazda dealer there like 10.00 and then use a relay so this new bypass you made is only active when the remote start is used (status output wire) and so when the key is inserted the car dosen't see 2 keys. you can get the 1061 document from DEI's website. That document will explaine it better then i did. and the 555u will not work! antenna part number is GD7B-66-938

instead of building your own and hacking in a relay, why not just use a TBKIII or similar jewelry box?  Sucks to lose the key, but if you have to, at least do it the slick way....
