i am using thedb--pfk by pass. the bypass wont program and (with key in cylinder) it wont start. it turns over but no go. the by pass isnt learning (security flashes). with unit installed truck will start. no problems the door locks work great. also when trying to set the "tach" led it wont even flash. any ideas?

I done this same remote start system on an 01 navigator. You could use the DEI 555F or 555U. I used the 555U and set it up for voltage sense instead of tach. It worked find that way.

BTW the ford module can only be learned once, it may be programmed already.....just a thought
