the nissan, just like new toyotas needs the key in the box bypass.  How it works is when the remote starter is triggerd it sends a (-) output signal to the bypass and keeps it running until the ignition is turned on,,,or until the (key sense) wire is triggerd when the key is put in the ignition.  The bypass should have a key sence wire out put for such a case.

Does that clarify things?

i dont think audiovox makes one of those.  we only sell audiovox security....we have a bypass for transponder keys in fords...and passlock 1 and 2...and VATS.   i use it all the time...but i dont think they make that kinda bypass.   or do they and i just havent seen it yet?  i know we dont stock them.  anyone have info on who makes such a bypass so i can get my store to stock them for future remote start installs on vehicles with immobilizers?
