I have a 95 Ford Explorer trying to install a RS on It has 2 GREEN/ purple ign wires & 2 gray / YELLOW wires .Design Tech wire guide says Ign 1 is light GREEN/ purple Ign 2 gray / YELLOW Ign 3 gray / YELLOW Acc BLACK/ light green The problem i have is it will start & run for 30sec. in tach or tackless mode. It will continue to run if i apply 12 volts to the 2nd GREEN/ purple wires I think the wire colors given are wrong ?? Please help LB

your alarm should have heavy wires marked in the manual as ignition1, ignition2, acc, in some aarmas there will be a wire marked as ignition3.....in any case the GREEN/ purple wire goes to the ignition1 wire,(you only need to conect it to one of the GREEN/ purple wires). the grey / YELLOW wires are ignition2 and ignition3 (you may need to use an extra relay)and your BLACK/ lightgreen wire is your accessories
