Does anyone have how to wiring for aftermarket doorlock actuators that have the one button feature ,such as the Spal kit ,whereas that if you push on the lock knob,it locks all doors,or if you pull up on the knob,it unlocks all doors.

The question is,how do you wire those for keyless entry and still have that feature? Thanks for any info for that....

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.

From your question it sounds like you already have a Central locking system.  If this is the case then do as BNLUIS said

add 2 relays for a 5 wire door lock actuator  https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp

Just hook the Actuator to the drivers door lock in any method you can (depending on your car)

I'm doing this very same thing on my 2002 Elantra that has Central door locks.  The Elantra door locks are connected via a cable that I have to attach the actuator to.  Here the DIY for the Elantra, maybe the pics can assist you on your project. http://www.elantraxd.com/yabbse/index.php?board=21;action=display;threadid=5070;start=15
