What is the best way to roll these windows up i know if i extend the pulse on the door lock wires the windows will go up but do i use a pulse timer or what?? I need the best way to do it!

I'm not an installer so I can't really help you. I imagine you would either need a timer or some pressure sensor to stop rolling the windows up when they reach the top. I know they have window roll-up modules that do this and they integrate pretty easily.

no window module needed in this car, but i was thinking maybe a pulse timer!! This car rolls up window through door lock wires it is multiplexed

You could use a capacitor and a relay to create a delayed pulse for as long a duration as you need.

need a 20 second pulse timer to close the 4 windows then the sunroof, in the cars lock wire (be sure to diode isolate
you can use the lock wire to trigger or an aux channel
u can do the same for window roll down on a separate channel of course
no need for a pressure sensor, the car has them built in

the best way to do them is through a validity output from the alarm. that way they will only work as long as you are pressing the button.
