how do you charge a dei powercap 1 farad?

i was wanting to know how to charge a dei powercap 1 farad i lost the little bulb that you use to charge it what else can i use?

You should be able to use any low value resistor (somewhere from 100 to 1000 Ohms) but make sure if you use a 100 ohm resistor it is capable of handling at least 1/2 watts of power. (ceramic types are preferable in this case because it will get quite hot). You can use a higher resistance if you want but remember the higher the resistance, the longer it will take to fully charge the capacitor. You need to charge your capacitor with a resistor because without it, the fast inflow of current can damage it. Hope
