I have a pioneer Premier  deh-p840mp  and a Pioneer deq-9200 EQ.  and I have ground it to the Chasis, not to the wire coming from the harness/.. What could be the problem, or could i do to solve it...

The DEQ-9200 is a very sophisitcated unit but it is also known for being noisy.  If you have a gain mis-match it will introduce unacceptable levels of high frequency hiss.  Are you in "pro" or "standrad" mode?  I suggest you put it into standard more and go through the setup calibration procedure (as detailed in the owners manual) again to ensure your levels are correct.  If set up correctly, this unit can be great.  If set up incorrectly, this unit can destroy the sound of your system.

try adjusting your high level controls on your head unit to 0    if you have any adjustments before the eq it could cause distortion or hissing
