GM JUNK is the answer, but really, they are taking you for a ride, the line is total crap because as said before not only would it have been shot immediately but there's no way the heat could travel that far. the bottom line is that the RS is an easy target and they can charge the customer a bundle and get paid immediately by a scared unknowning owner who will then come after you, or, they can cover it under warranty and only get paid a set amount and wait for their money, which one do you think that commissioned service writer at the dealer is gonna do?

so what can I do to the dealer, the customer is a friend of the store and a licensed lawyer, and stated that he will do a lawsuit in our favor if needed. do you think i should take it to these extreme measures if a satifactory result cannot be obtained??

Anyone any ideas of what to do. My shp insurance is investigating.
