If you mean by "im not worried about low frequencies" that you don't want your speakers besides the sub to play low frequencies then the above settings i mentioned are what you need.

what u think about that crunch amp

I have never heard a Crunch amp before. If you don't want spend alot of money on an amp but still want good sound look at US Acoustics. Their USB-4065 would be a good match for your speakers. If you want to spend a little more look at JL, Eclipse, or Alpine. They make good amps too.
