You that the yellow video cabel that you connect the back of your PS2 and where that cable and the cables for the lcd connect you wrap a striped electrical wire around the exposed metal part of it then ground that wire

if i plug a ps2 directly into a 120watt inverter...is there anyway that it will mess up my ps2??

Depends on what your using to watch it and how you set up in your car is

instead wraping a wire around a video cable, can use a Y-adapter rca, which u plug the video cable in one end and the ground wire to the other end, will this work?
