ok i'm not sure wut alarm i have installed, i'll check that out tommrow.

but before wen i press lock on my remote it would lock the doors and chirp.

or wen i press unlock on the remote it would chirp as well.

now it doesn't churp at all.

wen i do press lock/unlock on the remote it will lock and unlock. just that the there is no chirp sound.

also, my blue light indicator for the alarm, used to blink, but not it just stays blue.. it doesn't flash like how it used to any more.

also, i tested it by, pressing lock on the remote, the car would lock, (while the window is down) then i would reach over and unlock it. and open the door. the alarm would not go off/on.  no sound at all. i tried pounding on the window as well. but no alarm sounded.

do you know what the problem may be? i might have pressed something?

i will update with more info a.s.a.p

Open door....hit lock....unlock....lock. Requires good timing to work. led will go out, and alarm will work again. Or...
Turn key on, turn key off, within 10 seconds press and release valet button.   Or....
RTFM

When the 650 is in valet mode after 1 hour the led will go from solid to off.   It is power save mode.  Like JWorm said

.....to exit valet mode open the door and press lock, unlock , lock.  Then close the door and see if you get your chirps and led flashing back.

Try that
